1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Search Boundary platform (“Platform”), available at: boundary.pl.
1.2. By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

  • Controller — Sergij Bondarenko, Poland.
  • User — any person using the Platform, including guests.
  • Author — a registered user who publishes content.
  • Content — posts, texts, images, and other materials published on the Platform.
  • Interactions — views, reactions, follows, shares, and other social actions.

3. Eligibility

3.1. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
3.2. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their country of residence.

4. Registration and Accounts

4.1. Registration is required to publish content and perform social interactions.
4.2. You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
4.3. The Controller may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Public Nature of Activities

5.1. Platform is built on the principle of public interactions.
5.2. The following user activities may be visible to Authors and other Users:
  • viewing of a publication;
  • date and time of viewing;
  • reactions (likes, follows, shares);
  • other public actions performed on the Platform.
5.3. Viewing a publication is considered a conscious user action indicating that the User has chosen to engage with the Author’s content.
5.4. Authors have the right to see who has viewed and interacted with their posts.
5.5. If you do not wish your activity to be publicly visible, you must refrain from viewing content while logged into your account.

6. User Content and Responsibilities

6.1. Users publish content voluntarily and assume full responsibility for its accuracy and legality.
6.2. You may not upload or share content that:
  • violates any laws applicable in the EU or your jurisdiction;
  • contains defamation, threats, or unlawful behaviour;
  • infringes copyright;
  • contains personal data of third parties without consent.
6.3. The Platform does not conduct pre-moderation and is not liable for content created by Users.

7. Sensitive Content

7.1. The Platform does not restrict access to sensitive topics, provided that:
  • the User voluntarily chooses to view the publication;
  • the Author has provided an informative title, summary, and keywords.
7.2. The Platform is not responsible for any distress caused by user-generated content, as viewing is based on free, voluntary action.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Authors retain full intellectual property rights to their content.
8.2. By publishing content, Authors grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to:
  • store, display, and distribute the content within the Platform;
  • display public interactions associated with the content.
8.3. Authors may delete their content at any time.

9. Analytics and Data Collection

9.1. Platform collects technical and behavioural data for analytics and security, including:
  • guest and user page views;
  • hashed IP addresses and user-agent strings;
  • timestamps and frequency of interactions;
  • server logs and application error logs.
9.2. Viewing and interaction data may be displayed publicly in both aggregated and individual form, consistent with the Platform’s social mechanics.

10. Liability

10.1. The Platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees of availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service.
10.2. The Controller is not liable for:
  • actions of Users;
  • interpretations of content;
  • loss of data due to force majeure;
  • temporary service interruptions.
10.3. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and content published on the Platform.

11. Prohibited Conduct

11.1. Users must not engage in:
  • automated scraping or unauthorized data collection;
  • attempts to breach or disrupt the Platform;
  • harmful or malicious activities;
  • circumvention of security or rate limits.
11.2. The Controller may restrict access to Users who violate these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1. Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
12.2. The Controller may remove accounts for violations or operational reasons.

13. Amendments

13.1. The Controller may modify these Terms at any time.
13.2. Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform.
